1. Adopts modular design,there are several options. design will be less time.

2. Helical rack transmission,stable and long life span.

3. Machine is with casted oil-return slot,which will return to the oil tank directly.

4. Machine bed is completely casted in one piece. good rigidity.

5. Transmission gears is with high efficiency qenched,long life span.

6. The machine bed is with double square guide rail,surface is quenched,two times tempered,good rigidity and suitable for heavy duty cutting.

7. Machine bed box,drill box,standard is three shifts,stepless inside the shift,manual 12shifts is option. 

8. Lubrication of gears and bearings adopts spray circulating type,the lubrication pump is installed outside of the box,easy to maintain. There is low liquid alarm on the lubrication box.
   

9. Install oil blocking device,collect the leaked oil to the oil tank.

10. oil pressure head

    used for tool guiding,supply oil to the toolings,support the tool bar.

    Adopts servo motor drive and axial movement,it can worked under torque modeor position mode.

    The slewing bearings installed inside of the oil pressure head,good rigidity. 

    The slewing sealing installed on the outer side of the oil pressure right hand,easy to maintain.

    Oil pressure right side install tool support sleeves,which is used to support the tool bar.

    Oil block device is pull-push type,under the device is oil collection box,which will make the oil return to the oil tank.

11. Tool bar support rest, install auto-hang pull manchinism,infeed carriag will force the tool bar support rest return to the original position.

12. Coolant system

    The coolant is on the ground,no need dig a pit.

     

    Several options modulars,such as chips convoyor,drum filter,oil chiller,oil washer and so on.

    Cutting oil pressure,liquid level,oil temperature,oil flow,all are readable on the screen.

13. Machine lubrication system：

    Infeed carriage lubrication adopts certain time and certain quantity lubrication,low level alarm function.

    Headstock bearings,gear adopts independent oil lubrication device,low level alarm function.

    Drill box bearing,adopts independent oil lubrication device,low level alarm function.

     Oil pressure carriage,manual lubrication.

14. Oil pressure head and carriage movement,servo motor through servo reduce to control parallel gear transmission rack and pinion.
