In order to cater for customers special requirements for boring and honing,we design the combined machine for both boring and honing function.

Brief of the machine:

■Boring range:Φ150～Φ800mm

■Working depth：8000mm

■Job length range：1000mm~8000mm

■Machine function:Counter boring,pull boring,honing.

■Machine components:Machine bed,headstock,two groups working rest,oil pressure head,two groups tool bar rest,drill box,linear guide rail,rack and pinion,boring hole coolant system,honing coolant system,CNC controller,electric box.

■Fixture clamping: headstock four jaw to clamp one end of the job,the other end use oil pressure to clamp.

■CNC axis: 

Z1 axis.Drill box vertical move.movement speed has high speed for honing and low speed for boring. High speed and low speed shift by manual.

Z2 axis,oil pressure head tight the job.

Z3 axis,honing head expanding.

■Guide rail:use heavy duty linear guide rail.

■Drill box:drive cutting tool ratate,honing and boring share one set drill box.

■Coolant sytem:two sets,honing and boring with two oil chamber.

■Boning coolant system: two groups coolant pump,one set chips cart,oil box.

■Honing coolant systm:one group coolant pump,2 sets circulating box,one set clean oil box.
